All of our vacancies are published online on the vacancy portal (see portal below). If you are interested in an opportunity at Aerona, we actively encourage you to contact us directly to speak to a member of the team, and apply directly to the company.
Please note that due to the volume of interest and applications we receive, we will only be able to respond to shortlisted candidates. We are unfortunately not able to offer feedback if your CV and application were not shortlisted for interview.
All positions will require you to upload a CV. It is important to note, that for all of our vacancies, you must have the right to live in the Netherlands.
Aerona are required by law to ensure that all our employees have a relevant residence permit. The majority of our roles are based in the Netherlands and therefore you would need to have the right to live in the Netherlands, even if you travel as part of your role, as we would issue you with a Netherlands employment contract.

In addition to the specific roles outlined on the vacancy portal (see portal below), we are always on the lookout for talented people with experience of working in real estate development and construction management.
Should you find that the vacancies listed on the portal do not match your experience, you may wish to use the Speculative Application Enquiry Form, which when completed allows us to review your details and get in touch should we feel there be a good fit.

We work with a number of recruitment agencies who are on our preferred supplier list and we only accept applications from and meet with those agencies.
We don’t accept speculative CVs from recruitment agencies, head-hunters or suppliers who are not part of our preferred supplier list. We only pay agency fees where we have a signed agreement in place.
We do not pay agency fees when speculative and unsolicited CVs are submitted to Aerona or any of our employees other than via our vacancies portal. If this is not adhered to, Aerona reserves the right to contact these candidates directly and have discussions with them without paying any agency fees.
