Chief Executive Officer
Nick Roberts is chief executive officer for Aerona.
As CEO, Nick is responsible for overseeing all business functions, attainment of our long-term strategic, operational and financial goals, and is the primary management interface with the board of directors.
Nick volunteers his experience as a pragmatic strategist and entrepreneur to the business, civic and academic community in the Netherlands and globally. Nick previously trained and qualified as a lawyer, working with several major leading global law firms.
With his tenure at Aerona, he brings over 25 years of premium real estate development experience to the role and has deep knowledge of Aerona’s business.
Head of People & Culture
Anna is head of people and culture for Aerona.
Anna provides HR strategic and operational leadership across the organisation. Working closely with the CEO and senior management, Anna leads on the company’s development strategy and ensures the availability of qualified and engaged human resources aligned with the company’s strategy to facilitate and enable extensive and sustainable growth and execute on the business strategy.
Anna is responsible for the staffing and development of Aerona and is a key member of the operational management team.
Head of Project Management
Sebastian is the head of project management for Aerona.
Sebastian leads and is responsible for managing all of Aerona’s development projects. He works closely with the design and development teams to ensure that all project requirements are on track.
